This course provides practical information on the 3 food sample collection procedures: Planned, As required and Official sample collection tasks with an emphasis on the triggers for each task and the national sampling plans. Participants will gain knowledge on how to follow the steps for each procedures.

Objectives

1. Determine what triggers a planned, as required and official sample collection task.

2. Identify national sampling plans, associated programs and related documents.

3. List the steps required for each type of sample collection task.
