This toolkit is for self-study by employees to familiarize themselves with the food safety investigation process when they are not required to take the I6B141 course.

NOTE: You will not receive a completion certificate for this product.

Please check with your Area Training Team to confirm whether you are required to take the I6B141 – Food Safety Investigation - Virtual Classroom course before using this toolkit.

The Toolkit is intended for completion and reference by:

• Staff who already took the previous I6B141 – Food Safety Investigation In-person Classroom version of the course and would like to refresh their knowledge without enrolling in the current Virtual Classroom course.

• Staff who require background knowledge but do not actively participate in food safety investigations (e.g. Operations staff that need a food safety investigation awareness level (managers, supervisors, etc.) and staff from other Branches.
