This online course will prepare participants for procedures involved in conducting soil surveys in the Plant Protection Program, for soil-borne pests of potatoes. Topics include: procedures for field grid sampling, field perimeter sampling and tare soil sampling; preparation for sampling; sampling procedures; biosecurity measures; and sample documentation, submission, and shipping.
