This online course provides CFIA employees with the tools required to effectively support CFIA's effort to respond to an incident or emergency. Topics include CFIA's response mandate, how CFIA prepares for incidents, CFIA's approach during an incident, the purpose of the Incident Command System and the incident response working environment.
