Description
This online course has been developed for inspection staff who conduct tasks related to SRM Control on Cattle Farms, Auction Markets and Assembly Yards on which the owners/producers/custodians are:
- euthanizing cattle on their premises
- butchering cattle for their own consumption
- handling deadstock or waste containing SRM
- receiving, storing, mixing and/or using ruminant and non-ruminant feed
Prerequisites
- All required training in Meat Hygiene Modules (Beef)
- I6A177 - Introduction to Specified Risk Materials and the Permitting System (Module 1 - E-learning)
