Description
This course has been developed for inspection staff overseeing Specified Risk Material (SRM) control measures in different meat processing establishments, including SRM removal and handling processes of SRM waste.
After completing the course, the learner will be able to:
- Describe the MSIP-Beef policy and related CVS tasks
- Apply the MSIP-Beef policy by performing:
– Inspection at MSIP Inspection points
– Verification procedures and completing MSIP- forms
– Scheduled and unscheduled verification
– Correlation activities
