Description
The purpose of this online course is to prepare participants for thier role in the audit process. The course provides participants with information that is critical to understanding how a Quality Management System (QMS) works and how an audit is conducted in relation to the QMS and the existing program audit criteria (laws, regulations, and policies). Participants will examine the entire audit process, step-by-step, delineating your role from that of the auditee organization being audited. Because communication skills areso important to auditing, we'll pay special attention to how to ask questions effectively and how to gather information objectively. [CFIA-UA]
