Description

This module is the first module in the Level 1 Advanced Meat Processing and Inspection Controls course. This course discusses protein levels in meat products and defines different types of meat products and will help prepare inspectors for formulation verification and other inspection activities which are part of SIP PCI inspection of Element 1.1.
