The Swine Slaughter Training course provides comprehensive and essential training for inspection staff (Inspectors and Veterinarians).
This course provides participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to carry inspection tasks in Swine and related species slaughter establishments.

- Identify main features of swine anatomy
- Ante mortem and post-mortem inspection
- Identify pathologies and lymphatic system
- Apply the Swine slaughter inspection standards and procedures
