The Beef Slaughter Training Program provides comprehensive and essential training for inspection staff, including Inspectors and Veterinarians.
This course equips participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively perform inspection duties in beef and related slaughter establishments.
Key Topics Include:
- Identify main features of beef anatomy
- Ante mortem and post-mortem inspection
- Identify pathologies and lymphatic system
- Apply the Beef slaughter inspection standards and procedures
