Description
This course will provide guidance to Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) inspection staff on conducting visual and organoleptic inspections of imported edible meat products to assess compliance of the shipment and meat products within CFIA requirements.
At the end of this course, the participant will be able to:
• Identify the procedures of a visual and organoleptic inspection for imported edible meat products;
• Determine the compliance of imported meat shipments and edible meat products.
