Description
This course is intended for all Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) employees and managers. It will provide learners with realistic demonstrations on when and how to make an active offer and how not to make it. In addition, this course covers managers' language of work obligations and employees' language of work rights and responsibilities.
The course features video-based scenarios that show how we can deliver bilingual services to Canadians from designated offices, and how we can work together in both official languages, regardless of where our office is located.
