Description
This online course is designed to familiarize all CFIA Destination Inspection Service (DIS) employees with the evolution and role of the DIS. Participants will learn about recent changes to the DIS, and how the DIS functions within the Operations Branch as well as the fresh fruit and vegetable industry in terms of quality client services and effective dispute resolution. This course contains four modules designed to flow from one to the next; each building on material of the previous module.
