Description

This half-day course offers a comprehensive introduction to the Position Management Module in PeopleSoft, focusing on essential topics and functionalities. Participants will gain valuable insights into the creation and maintenance of job codes, position numbers, and the utilization of predefined reports. This course is designed to empower Classification, HRSC( Human Resource Service Centre), and EGS (Executive Group Services) teams with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively manage positions within the PeopleSoft system.

Topics include:

  • Creation and maintenance of job codes;
  • Creation and maintenance of position numbers, and how they relate to job data;
  • How to run predefined reports.
