The online course CFIA: Understanding the Enterprise Project Management Framework (ePMF) is designed to expose personnel at the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) to the Enterprise Project Management Framework (ePMF). While the first course in this suite, CFIA: Project Management 101 provides a foundation to project management, this second course will discuss the CFIA project management framework: the tasks, processes, tools and templates used to manage a CFIA project throughout its life-cycle.

 This course contains four modules designed to flow from one to the next; each building on material of the previous module. Use the Next button in the bottom right of the page to progress sequentially.
