OJT skills for the trainer and evaluator: consists of an OJT Toolkit and an OJT Guide. It is designed for seasoned trainers seeking to refresh their skills and new trainers or individuals who require additional support.
OJT skills for the supervisor and manager: includes tips to manage an OJT, a matching guide, OJT checklists and a comprehensive guide, this section will enable supervisors and managers to prepare and oversee the OJT.
OJT skills for the learner: includes an introduction to OJT, tips to get the most out of the training, training checklists, and a comprehensive learner skills guide, this section provides useful tools to the OJT learner before, during, and after the training.
