Effective audit leadership is essential to uphold audit standards across various CFIA programs.
This course covers the essentials and examines the foundational knowledge and tools related to the primary main areas of responsibilities of a Lead auditor. It is applicable to all Branches and all Business Lines. It is intended for CFIA staff who lead audit teams—domestic or international—or play a key role in coordinating or managing audit teams.
