This course provides practical information on the 3 food sample collection procedures: Planned, As required and Official sample collection tasks with an emphasis on the triggers for each task and the national sampling plans. Participants will gain knowledge on how to follow the steps for each procedures.

Participants will gain knowledge on how to find and locate the information related to these tasks and learn the basic steps on how to collect a food sample.
