Metal Can Integrity
The Metal Can Integrity (MCI) e-learning course is the first step in building your knowledge of metal can defects and their potential sources. It provides an overview of the different types of metal cans used for food products, how cans are manufactured, how double seams are formed and all the defects outlined in chapter 7 of the CFIA Metal Can Defect: Identification and classification manual.

NAAHP Export Certification Program and Delivery - Course 2, Stream A
In this module, you will examine current aquatic animal health certificates, practice inspection activities, and completion certificates. This module uses two real-life scenarios, with certificate documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
